From the first time talking to Cristina she was very attentive. I don't think don't she could have made the process any easier than she did she was always on top of everything and if we had any questions she had the answer if not she made sure she had an answer for us that day. Even after we closed she's still going going above and beyond making sure the property is good since we currently live across the country. When we decided which house we wanted, she worked through the weekend to ensure our offer was presented as quickly as possible and ensured everything went smoothly. We were unable to see the house for ourselves before closing, so Cristina gave us a very detailed video tour, ensuring that we got to see everything the house had to offer.
